Resolved after 2783 days 2 hours, affecting LastPass service, on October 6, 2018.
A small subset of LastPass customers would have been unable to receive emails from [email protected] and [email protected] for account-related events (new user invitations, device verification, etc.). The issue began at approximately on Oct 5, 2018 at 4:30 PM UTC and it was resolved the same day at approximately 10:20 PM UTC. We will be conducting an internal investigation of this issue and making appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize any future recurrences of this issue.
