    We are currently investigating an issue where some customers in Laserfiche Cloud Canada may be unable to access their repositories.

    A mitigation step has been performed to address the issue of repository unavailability. Laserfiche Cloud Canada users should be able to access their repositories now. We will continue to monitor the situation.
