Update from Global payments/TSYS - Technical teams completed an update to the database on Monday, 10/26 which resolved random batches not being picked up during the cycle cut process. Batches for activity submitted for the 8:00 PM PT cycle cut going forward are running as designed. Batches recovered during the special file process yesterday, rejected due to the database case which was resolved with the update completed yesterday. Technical teams will be processing special outbound files today to recover this activity. Merchants should start seeing funds as early as Wednesday, 10/28 for the activity.
