So far 34 authorizations were declined without going through regular checks. We also saw a failed plaid link

We found 5 timed out webhooks for our authorization handler, triggering stripe's auto approve setting. Most auths are going through so keeping this as minor, however impact here is that failed webhooks bypass fraud and spendlimit checks. Other services are operational, no degraded performance detected since yesterday's fix to the db
