We are investigating reported issues with authentication to the Kandji Web App. We will post an update as more information becomes available.

We have identified the cause of the reported authentication issues. These issues were caused by a disruption with our 3rd party authentication provider, Auth0, which had a disruption in their US-3 region where Kandji’s account is hosted. We will post an update as soon as we can confirm the issue has been fully resolved.
