Incident started.
Resolved - Between 13:53 and 13:58 UTC, some EU customers were briefly unable to sign in or refresh their sessions. The cause was an internal traffic spike that temporarily overloaded a shared networking component. The service recovered automatically after approximately 5 minutes. We are tuning the relevant auto-scaling configuration to prevent recurrence.

We continue to experiencing reduced performance across parts of the Kadence service. Our engineering team is actively investigating the issue and working to restore normal performance as quickly as possible. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

The issue affecting authentication services has been resolved. Sign-in functionality has returned to normal, and we continue to monitor the system to ensure stability.
We’re investigating an issue preventing some users from signing in through Single Sign-On. Password-based login is not affected. Our team is working to restore normal access as quickly as possible, and we’ll provide updates as we learn more.
The issue affecting SSO authentication has now been resolved. All users are able to sign in normally again.
We have confirmed an issue with our AI Service provider being unavailable. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Notifications sent via Microsoft Teams and Slack should still function as expected.
We were to experiencing issues with our AI services provider. In which we were following their public status page. The issue has been resolved as their servers are now fully operational, we as well have done internal testing to make sure AI services are running as intended.
