We will be upgrading our Soft-Switch Cluster this evening from 9PM GMT to introduce VIDEO across our platform and to offer other improvements During this period, there will be a loss of service so that we can carry out the upgrade.

We have now completed the Upgrade on all cluster nodes to latest stable release. We completed one node server at a time and watched all the customer phones move over automatically over to the second node in the cluster for service to resume so downtime was less then 30 seconds. Full service now resumed and protected by the cluster.
