   Please know our teams are still actively working to resolve your current issue with intake slowness and freezing. We have identified an issue specifically with intake letters using the 'draw' function for signatures. As a temporary work around, you may switch to the 'type' option when signing an intake letter to successfully submit. We will provide a final update as soon as possible.    The issue with intake signatures has currently been resolved. Please know that following functionality has been temporarily disabled while we continue to work on a final resolution: 1) Ability to view eDocuments shared by the practice within MML. 2) Ability to upload a pharmacy benefits card via intelligent intake.    The issue with intakes and intake signatures freezing has been resolved. Please know that following functionality has been temporarily disabled, but will be available again in a future release: 1) Ability to view eDocuments shared by the practice within MML. 2) Ability to upload a pharmacy benefits card via intelligent intake.
