Dear Iristel Customers, We are closing this incident. Root cause - The problem was caused by the third party's CPUs getting stuck in a part of the C20 system that handles SS7 signals, which was preventing traffic from going through. The issue was fixed with the help of their vendor support and their CO team. Issue resolved at 12/31 11:36am EDT. Please let us know if you continue to face issues in the region.
