During planned infrastructure work to improve platform resilience and backup redundancy, one of our application servers became overloaded, causing intermittent downtime for a subset of hosted consoles. The issue has been resolved, and all services have been restored.

We are currently experiencing service disruption impacting ION due to an ongoing AWS outage. This directly affects platform functions, including login, the Data API, notifications, reports, and insights. While the ION consoles and experiences remain running normally, users who are already logged in can encounter errors when attempting to use any of the impacted internal services. Our team is actively monitoring the situation and will share another update immediately upon restoration or when new information is available.
