This directly affects platform functions, including login, the Data API, notifications, reports, and insights. While the ION consoles and experiences remain running normally, users who are already logged in can encounter errors when attempting to use any of the impacted internal services.     Thanks for your patience. Due to a recent migration of our Cloudflare, some users had trouble logging into their Ion consoles. We’ve since resolved the issue, and all login functionalities have been fully restored. This problem only affected the login process; it did not impact anyone who was already logged in.     Our team has identified an instability on the login page of Ion consoles. For now, access is not available. Our technical team is working to restore the page and access as quickly as possible. We have a dedicated team prioritizing this situation. We are also monitoring and addressing a general issue where images are not loading on the experiences.

    We identified an issue with our account at one of our providers, AWS, which caused an outage of all our products. Our Product and Engineering team is already in direct contact with the provider and working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
