During the timeframe of 4:00pm and 4:15pm Eastern users had reported not being able to access the IntelliShift Platform. We are currently investigating an issue impacting some assets’ telematics live feed, causing delays in updating the Telematics Map view and Fleet Status. Please note: All telematics data continues to be recorded, and we do not expect any data loss. One of our Cloud Partners has reported widespread issues with cloud hosting, which is also affecting some of our platform. We are working closely with them to ensure that the issue is resolved. Assets that leverage Telematics Accessory Monitoring or I/O Monitoring to monitor additional components of the asset like a Power Take Off (PTO) switch are not displaying the real-time Accessory status on the Map or Fleet Status at this time. The IntelliShift team has identified the issue that is causing this and a fix is being implemented. All Accessory Data will still trigger all Real-Time alerts, and be available in all Reports in IntelliShift. This issue is just related to viewing the Accessory Status in real-time on the Map View Asset Bubble and/or Fleet Status page.

This is an intermittent issue that is impacting ~50% of devices. Our teams have identified this issue being a network related issue that is preventing the IntelliShift platform from receiving data in a timely fashion from certain devices in the field. This intermittent issue that impacted select devices deployed by IntelliShift from providing a real-time GPS data feed to the IntelliShift Map View, Fleet Status, and Mobile apps was caused by a network issue discovered on our third-party data providers system. IntelliShift assisted in identifying the issue and monitored all systems as our third-party data provided applied a fix to resolve the intermittent delays in the live feed. This fix was a permanent solution to prevent this network issue from impacting the live telematics feed in the future.

The telematics live feed delay has been resolved. All assets are now displaying real-time current locations on the Map View and Fleet Status pages in the IntelliShift Telematics module. On June 3rd, 2024 between 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM ET, IntelliShift Telematics experienced intermittent delay of the live feed of telematics data updating the Map View on select assets. This delay was related to a delay in our live feed from our upstream data providers.
