    During the timeframe of 4:00pm and 4:15pm Eastern users had reported not being able to access the IntelliShift Platform. Our team had rapidly engaged and within a matter of moments the platform was again accessible. We are closely monitoring the situation to ensure that we mitigate this from occurring in the future.
