Microsoft Azure is temporarily experiencing an outage that is impacting Cloud Access Manager customers. This outage impacts users' ability to establish PCoIP connections to their Remote Workstations. In addition, administrators are unable to create new deployments nor administer them. We are monitoring the situation and will report back in 60 minutes.

This failure continues to impact Cloud Access Manager customers' ability to establish PCoIP connections to Remote Workstations as well as administrators' ability to create or administer deployments. Microsoft Azure Active Directory has applied mitigations and error rates are decreasing, though Cloud Access Manager customers may still be affected. Attempts to establish new PCoIP sessions may succeed after retrying. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will provide an update within 60 minutes.

We are continuing to monitor mitigations that Microsoft has applied to Azure Active Directory. Cloud Access Manager customers should be able to successfully establish PCoIP connections as well as administer deployments, although these operations may need to be retried if they do not succeed at first. We will provide further updates within 60 minutes.

Following Microsoft's mitigation, Cloud Access Manager functionality appears to have returned to normal and our tests show the service as operationl. We will continue to monitor updates from Microsoft to ensure there are no further side effects from the Azure Active Directory outage.
