Organizations using prefix customizations seeing some dropped messages
Resolved after 6 hours 17 minutes, affecting Messaging, on February 15, 2023.
We’ve determined that only one organization was affected by this and a mitigation has been put in place. We will release an additional fix in the near future to ensure this issue won’t happen again.

We've received some reports of increase in dropped messages for organizations who are using customized message prefixes. We're investigating this now and will follow up once we have more context.
