   E-mail notifications have been disabled, we’re currently investigating the root cause and we will provide an update as soon as possible.

   E-mail notifications remain disabled, our team is working with urgency to get them turned back on. Browser notifications are not affected and are working as expected. If needed, here is our Help Center article with steps to make sure those are turned on: https://himarley.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019473413 For integrated customers who rely on transcript emails, those are also unaffected.

   We've found the fix for the previously reported issue with notification emails, and a hot fix will be released tonight after business hours. Once that fix is released, e-mail notifications will resume triggering as expected.

   Our team is still in the process of resolving our email notification issue. While working on the fix last night, we found it did not address all inconsistent deliverability issues. Email notifications remain temporarily off to avoid potential confusion caused by some emails triggering and others not. While this work is still in progress, we recommend staying logged into Hi Marley to continue receiving browser notifications.

   E-mail notifications are now sending consistently and have been turned back on. Users will once again receive notification emails if this feature is turned on within your organization’s notification settings.
