Our SMS partner is experiencing delays processing messages. At this point, we are only seeing symptoms of this in the form of some inbound messages being delayed, but we will continue to monitor this and provide more information as it becomes available

Our SMS provider is reporting signs of recovery. There is still a chance of inbound message delivery delays but we expect the rate of delays has declined and will continue to do so. We will provide another before 5:00 EST or as soon as we know more.
