Resolved after 10 minutes, affecting API and Web app, on September 6, 2023.
We've identified the problem server and safely restarted the cluster hosting the service which resulted in immediation restoration of service for all impacted customers. Users should now experience healthy app behavior once again, and integrated users can now retry any failed actions from the last 30 minutes. A portion of webhooks during this window may have failed.
