Recent inbound images not displaying in the mobile app
Resolved after 6 days 3 hours, affecting Mobile app, on August 28, 2024.
This issue is resolved. We recommend all users update to the most recent version of the mobile app (version 1.6.3 on iOS and 1.6.4 on Android). Please contact [email protected] if you experience any other expected behavior in the mobile app.

Inbound images are currently not displaying in the mobile app. We are actively investigating and will provide updates as soon as we have them.

We have an expected solution ready to deploy for this fix, but it will require a new version in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Mobile app updates require approval from Apple and Google, and this approval will likely take a few days. We will update this status once the new mobile app versions are available for download.
