These updates will address a deployment issue that is impacting a subset of our clients. The impacted clients have been made aware of the issue. **We will deploy the FireLight 2.49 Off-Cycle Maintenance 10/19/2026, starting at 6:00 p.m. MT.** Below is the anticipated timeline for this maintenance. We will communicate if there are any major delays. **Timeline: Monday, October 19, 2026 ** • 6:00 p.m. MT – Begin deployment to UAT • 7:00 p.m. MT – Bring UAT back online • 7:00 p.m. MT – Begin Deployment to Staging • 8:00 p.m. MT – Deployment complete bring Staging back online • 11:59 p.m. MT – Begin deployment to Production • 1: 00 a.m. MT - (October 20) Bring Production back online We will provide updates on the Trust Center throughout the process and when the deployment is complete.
