本日（2025年11月13日）12時20分〜35分頃にかけて HENNGE Email DLP を経由して送信されるメールの一部が配送に失敗する事象が発生しておりました。 本事象が発生する可能性のある条件は以下の通りです。 ・HENNGE Secure Download または HENNGE Secure Download for Box を利用するフィルターが適用された場合 配送に失敗したメールにつきましては、送信元アドレス宛に HENNGE Email DLP から下記のようなエラーメッセージが送信されております。 ・fatal: secure_transfer: the integration has been disabled ・fatal: box_upload: the integration has been disabled お手数ではございますが、上記エラーメッセージが返送されているメールにつきましては再送をお願い致します。 本件、ご迷惑をおかけし申し訳ありません。 -------------------- Between approximately 12:30 PM and 12:35 PM JST today, November 13, 2025, some emails sent via HENNGE Email DLP experienced delivery failures. The conditions under which this issue may have occurred are as follows: ・A filter using HENNGE Secure Download or HENNGE Secure Download for Box was applied. For emails that failed delivery, an error message similar to the following was sent from HENNGE Email DLP to the original sender's address: ・fatal: secure_transfer: the integration has been disabled ・fatal: box_upload: the integration has been disabled We apologize for the inconvenience, but please resend any emails for which the above error message was returned.
