An Issue by HENNGE Email DLP: Email Blacklisting

   現在、HENNGE Email DLP からのメール配送の一部について Spamhaus のRBL等への誤登録により、送信先で受信拒否される事象を確認しております。 弊社システムチームにて調査を実施し、対象の RBL側へ解除の申請などをすすめております。 本事象にて受信が拒否された場合下記のようなエラーコードおよびキーワードが含まれたエラーメッセージが記載された、配信不能通知を受信することがございます。 ■エラーコード 500番代(550, 553, 554 など) （メッセージ上には「said: 550 ...」のように記載されます） ■キーワード ・Spamhaus ・Rejected ・Blocked このような配信不能通知を受け取った場合、該当のメールは宛先に配送されておりません。 お手数ではございますが時間をおいてから再度メールの再送信をお試し下さい。 ご迷惑をおかけしており恐れ入りますが、何卒よろしくお願いいたします。 ------------------------------------------------- We have confirmed an ongoing issue where certain emails routed through HENNGE Email DLP are being rejected at the destination. This is due to false-positive listings on RBLs such as Spamhaus. Our system team is actively investigating and has already initiated the delisting process with the relevant RBLs.
