We're still investigating the issues that have been reported with accessing Help Scout. The issue seems to be limited to some customers, but we'll share more updates once we have them!

We’ve completed our investigation and found that a small subset of users in APAC may have issues reaching our content network because of regional network conditions not controlled by Help Scout.
