We have seen loading return fully back to normal for the past 20 minutes, and are considering this incident resolved. We will be doing an internal root cause analysis and incident report, and, once completed, would be happy to share a copy if you are a Healthie customer and reach out to us at [email protected]. We apologize for the interruption this caused. Here is an initial timeline: 2:47-3:10 PM Eastern: The site was slow to the point of being unusable 3:10-4:10 PM Eastern: We reverted the deploy that caused the initial issue, and the site was functioning but 3-5x slower than normal. 4:10 PM Eastern onwards: Loading returned to normal.

We have reverted an update that we believed caused the issue, and are loading times begin to return to normal. It may take a few minutes for those to return to our standard loading speeds, as users continue to refresh to regain access. We are continuing to monitor the issue to confirm it is resolved.
