At 9:38 am EST, cases were reported on the prescribing application that transmission errors were being displayed on old prescriptions. It was determined that data cleanup had incorrectly archived some log records causing them to show as errors. This was causing confusion but did not affect sending prescriptions. When fixing this issue, indexes were incorrectly dropped and services began experiencing a slowdown at 11:37 am ET. This required a complete stop of all application services by DoseSpot. Mitigation: In order to address DoseSpot site slowness, all DoseSpot services were stopped from 12:10 pm ET – 12:28 pm ET to allow database changes to complete. Services were then restarted. Data was inserted to fix the prescriptions older than 90-days old in an error status. Any prescriptions older than 90-days will not display all log entries in the UI or within the /prescriptions/{id}/log endpoint. This will be fixed shortly: https://www.dosespot.com/application-status
