Happydance incident

Intermittent job display issues

Ongoing since 11:37 AM UTC.

identified Nov 03, 2026, 12:40 PM UTC

Microsoft is still working to recover the Azure AI Search service. In the meantime, we’re continuing to move careers websites to a new search index. Until your careers website has moved, some jobs may not display, or may show on some page loads and not on others. You don’t need to do anything. We’ll post our next update shortly.

Update timeline

  1. identified Nov 03, 2026, 11:37 AM UTC

Since 10:47 am UTC on November 3, 2026, some jobs may not be displaying on careers websites. This is caused by a new incident with Microsoft Azure AI Search. It’s the second one today, after the incident between 3:07 am and 5:13 am UTC, and it follows a similar incident on October 31. Microsoft’s automatic recovery is running and their engineers are investigating. The impact may be intermittent, so jobs could show on some page loads and not on others. We’re continuing to move careers websites to a new search index as a precaution. You don’t need to do anything. We’ll post our next update shortly.
