    At around 12:28 PM EST, our alert systems notified us of a partial outage with our mobility. The outage affected the application chat functionalities and did not affect incoming, outgoing, or internal calls. As of 1:23 PM EST, we have addressed the issue. The outage was due to a synchronization issue of the chat functionality. We will continue to monitor and report any chances
