A small amount of merchants are unable to run transactions, or will not run surcharges on transactions
Gravity Payments experienced a minor incident on June 2, 2025, lasting 2h 45m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

Clover devices will process transactions, but without surcharges. PAX devices will not be able to process transactions. We have identified the issue and are pushing a fix over the course of the next 15-30 minutes. We will update resolution on this issue soon.
