    We are currently experiencing a partial outage with an upstream provider affecting inbound ADT traffic from all locations. Outbound ORU messages to host facilities is also impacted. You may experience delays in seeing patients appear in the mobile application. All failed messages are queuing and will be processed once the issue is resolved. The issue has been identified by the service provider and our engineers are monitoring the situation. We will provide updates as they become available.     Our upstream provider has identified the issue and is actively working on a resolution. We continue to monitor the increasing message backlog.

    Our upstream provider is estimating a couple more hours before a full restoration of service. We continue to monitor and will provide another update when we have more information.
