We are currently experiencing an issue processing outbound PDF messages. This issue is also causing a backlog in processing inbound ADT messages. All inbound and outbound messages are being queued and will process one the issue is resolved. Our team is investigating and we will provide further updates as soon as they are available. The issue was discovered to be caused by an upstream provider, and has since been resolved. All backlogged ADT and PDF messages are being processed, and we anticipate they will be caught up within the next hour.
