Between the hours of approximately 5:00am and 10:00am Central on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, we experienced elevated message processing volume and duration in our data and services tier that caused intermittent connectivity issues for some mobile and dashboard users. Our engineering team was actively monitoring the issue and responding to alerts accordingly during this period of time, and we are continuing to research the issue in an effort to prevent future occurrences.
