  2. investigating Jul 13, 2026, 11:51 PM UTC

We are aware of an issue affecting some customers who may be unable to view Swagit live streams when using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. As a temporary workaround, affected users can access live streams using an alternate web browser while our team investigates the issue. This issue only impacts live stream viewing and does not affect recorded content or playback of previously recorded meetings. Our team is actively working to identify the cause and restore full functionality as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Our teams continue to work on a resolution and have identified an issue with Swagit live streams related to how different video stream formats are processed in our environment. We are implementing updates to optimize our platform's ability to reliably handle multiple video formats and improve playback consistency. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work toward a full resolution.

Our engineering teams have made progress toward restoring live stream playback functionality in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge and are currently validating corrective changes prior to deployment. At this time, testing remains in progress to confirm the effectiveness and stability of the solution. Once validation is complete, we will share deployment details and an expected timeline for full service restoration. The issue continues to affect live stream playback for some users accessing Swagit through Chrome and Edge browsers. As a temporary workaround, Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari remain available and fully supported for live viewing. Recorded meetings and on-demand content continue to operate normally and are not impacted by this issue. We understand that reliable access to live meetings is important to your organization and community. Our teams remain actively engaged in resolving this issue and are carefully validating the solution to ensure a stable and lasting resolution. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding while this work continues, and we will provide another update as soon as additional information becomes available.
