Is Google down?

We're investigating reports of an issue with Google Ad Manager. We will provide more information shortly. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. Affected users are experiencing extreme UI slowness, reporting delays, and forecasting failures within Google Ad Manager, as well as failures when querying the SOAP API. There is no complete workaround at this time. However, reloading the page or rerunning the task may succeed on a subsequent attempt.

Google Ad Manager service has already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users in the near future. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. The engineering team identified the root cause, and mitigation steps have been successfully applied to route traffic away from the affected area. As service availability is improving, you may simply retry any previously failed operations.

The problem with Google Ad Manager has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. The engineering team has confirmed that the issue is fully resolved. System availability has returned to normal levels, and error rates have subsided.

We're aware of a problem with Google Ad Manager Data Transfer affecting a majority of users. We will provide an update by Jul 31, 2026, 5:47 PM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. Jul 30, Hour 22 Google Ad Manager Data Transfer files are currently delayed for Reservation and Backfill File Types

We are continuing to investigate this issue. We will provide an update by Jul 31, 2026, 7:00 PM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. Google Data Transfer Hour 18 (July 30) Reservation and Backfill files are delayed. Hour 20 (July 30) Backfill files are now published however, Reservation files remain delayed.

Google Data Transfer pipeline is still recovering but file publishing remains delayed.

The problem with Google Ad Manager Data Transfer has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. The previously delayed Data Transfer Reservation and Backfill files are now successfully published. Processing delay is now back to normal.

The engineering team is investigating elevated 501 "unimplemented" errors seen in Hosting's API when managing custom domains. It does not appear at this time that the data plane is effected.

We believe to have found the root cause and are working to restore this portion of our API. We are more confident now that the data plane is unaffected and that this was limited in scope to the management of Hosting custom domains.

The fix is being rolled out. The ETA for complete resolution is July 31 at ~11:00 UTC, though some users may have restored functionality before then.
