    We are currently aware of an issue impacting the SEPA Instant service due to an upstream issue with the scheme provider. Our teams are actively engaged with scheme, who are investigating the issue and working to restore normal service as quickly as possible. We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

    Scheme have confirmed that a fix has been applied and are now in a period of monitoring. Impacted customers should now see that normal processing has resumed on the SEPA Instant service.

Our teams remain engaged with the scheme, who are continuing their investigation and working to restore normal service as quickly as possible.     Scheme have scheduled a maintenance window at 22:30 UTC this evening in an effort to restore service. Form3 will continue to liaise closely with the scheme and will provide further updates following the maintenance activity as more information becomes available.

    Scheme have confirmed that the issue affecting the Form3 SEPA Instant service has been resolved as of 00:30 UTC. We have confirmed, following a period of monitoring, that the service has returned to normal processing and no further degradation has been observed.

    On Tuesday 19th May, Form3 were alerted to impact on the Form3 - SEPA Instant service. EBA clearing identified an issue that was impacting payment processing and performed an change overnight which has resolved the issue. Following a period of monitoring, Form3 confirmed that payments were processing as expected.
