Scheme have confirmed that the issue affecting the Form3 SEPA Instant service has been resolved as of 12:26 UTC. We have confirmed, following a period of monitoring, that the service has returned to normal processing and no further degradation has been observed.

On Sunday 17th May, Form3 experienced degradation to the Form3 - SEPA Instant service. EBA clearing identified an issue that was impacting payment processing between 08:00 and 12:26 UTC. Following a period of monitoring, Form3 confirmed that payments were processing as expected. The cause of this degradation has been mitigated by EBA clearing.
