   Form3 are investigating a service degradation on the Form3 - Metrics service. Investigations are ongoing and an update will be provided as soon as more information becomes available.

2. monitoring Apr 01, 2026, 10:22 AM UTC

   We are working with our third-party provider who have implemented a fix. Impacted customers should now observe that normal processing has resumed on the Form3 Metrics service. We will provide an update on resolution in due course.

3. resolved Apr 01, 2026, 10:29 AM UTC

   The issue affecting Form3 - Metrics service has been resolved as of 10:14 UTC. We have confirmed, following a period of monitoring, that the service has returned to normal processing and no further degradation has been observed. Further details will be provided in the postmortem in due course.

4. postmortem Apr 01, 2026, 11:05 AM UTC

   On Wednesday 1st April, Form3 observed degradation to the Form3 Metrics API service between 09:56 and 10:14 UTC. The issue has been resolved and after a period of monitoring, our Incident Response Team have confirmed there is no ongoing impact. Further details will be provided in the postmortem in due course.
