On September 24, 2026 at 1:58 AM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where customers were unable to load or view models in BIM Collaborate in US, European Union and India region. Once the issue was resolved on September 24, 2026 at 2:15 AM PDT, BIM Collaborate returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
