Incident Summary Description: We identified an issue where GitHub connection syncs were intermittently failing with the error: "No server is currently available to service your request." Timeline: The issue began on April 1st at 10:00 UTC and was resolved by 13:00 UTC. Cause: The failures were caused by intermittent unavailability of the GitHub API, which led to sync disruptions. Resolution: The issue was resolved automatically once the GitHub API resumed normal operation.
