We are currently experiencing an issue affecting customers sending MMS messages. This is due to a disruption with our media storage provider, AWS, which is preventing MMS content from being properly processed and delivered. The issue began at approximately 6:30 AM PST, and we are actively monitoring for updates from AWS. Once they resolve the issue, customers will need to resend their MMS campaigns to ensure successful delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. We will provide further updates as we receive more information.
