Our upstream provider, AWS, is currently experiencing an issue which is affecting some customer's ability to fully utilize Extensiv products. Users in the us-east-2 region may be affected. See https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status for more details. We will resolve this incident once we have received confirmation the issue has been resolved from our upstream provider.
