Exact Online Premium - Payment batches not generated or matched (NL)

You may experience an issue where batch payment files are created, but no payment batches are generated, despite batch payments being enabled. As a result, imported bank statements are not automatically matched. We are investigating this issue and we will update this page as soon as more information becomes available. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

We have implemented a fix and we are monitoring the results. Payment batches generated from April 14th 08:00 CEST onwards will be created correctly. The imported bank statements for these payment batches will be matched based on batch reference again.
