This has caused a full outage to Darklight and Colo Customers at site. Their incident reference is Ref:INCD-725080-A and at 15:55 their last update informed us that they are working on it. We will advise of any further changes. Dec 19, 08:26:50 GMT+0 - Resolved - INCD-725080-A was resolved by Northern PowerGrid at 6pm yesterday and all our systems came back online.
