We are currenting seeing Order report failures on Amazon order loading for some customers. If we detect that you are impacted, we will manually load orders and notify Amazon. While this gets the orders into the system, it will cause some delay from what we would expect in normal operations. We will provide an update as we learn more from Amazon.

Amazon is reporting a service outage on their status page. Service Outage - Reports API is experiencing issues - 10/18/2023 16:00 UTC Reports API is experiencing issues while generating reports from report schedules. We are currently investigating the issue. The Amazon Status Page is still showing issues with the Feeds API, however we are seeing orders flow since around 6 PM CT today. We will continue to monitor.
