  1. identified Aug 19, 2025, 08:13 AM UTC

We are currently experiencing an outage with our primary payment gateway used for automatic and manual credit card top-ups via the portal. Partners who pay by wire transfer are not impacted. We hope to restore service shortly and we are proactively contacting partners whose balances are running low and may be affected. To ensure your business continuity, please email your top-up amount ($) to [email protected] and we will send an invoice with wire transfer details, or a payment link to top up via credit card using our backup payment gateway If you need further assistance, please email [email protected]

  2. resolved Aug 19, 2025, 10:27 AM UTC

We’ve been working closely with our payment gateway provider who have rectified the issue. We have completed test payments and now also see that other payments have also been successful in the last few minutes. We thank you for your patience whilst we’ve been looking into this and will now close this incident. If you do encounter any new payment issues please do contact Support as normal.
