To comply with an immediate change in local regulations in Kosovo, we are forced to remove Kosovo from sale with immediate effect. This change impacts Kosovo single country bundles, these will no longer be available to purchase. Regional bundles that include Kosovo will still be available but Kosovo will no longer be included. All bundles currently active or queued will stop working so we will be issuing refunds for all single country bundles currently in use and will provide a list of impacted ICCIDs to impacted partners. We apologise for any inconvenience cause, if you have any questions or need any help, please reach out to the eSIM Go Support team.
