Update timeline

  1. investigating Oct 20, 2025, 04:56 PM UTC

We are currently impacted by an ongoing AWS outage affecting the ability to launch new compute instances. At this time, no Envoy systems are fully down, but some services are might be significantly slower than usual due to limited available compute capacity. Our engineering team is actively working on mitigations and workarounds to improve performance even while AWS continues to experience issues.

  2. identified Oct 20, 2025, 05:18 PM UTC

Due to limited AWS resource availability, the Envoy dashboard is taking longer than expected to load.

  3. identified Oct 20, 2025, 07:12 PM UTC

Most of our AWS services are recovering, but we’re still encountering network issues caused problems in the AWS US-EAST-1 Region. The Envoy dashboard continues to be partially unavailable.

  4. monitoring Oct 20, 2025, 09:10 PM UTC

Our services are up and running and should be fully functional. We’re continuing to monitor the situation closely.
