We are investigating an issue where users are getting "request: failed" errors when sending or previewing letters. We believe this could be related to the recent AWS outage as the symptoms are similar. While this is happening we suggest saving letters as drafts so they can be sent when sending is operational again.

This issue is also affecting test requests, prescriptions, and any other note that uses a logo, signature, attachments, letterhead, or footer.
