We are making some changes to how the email notifications in the 3E Cloud suite of products are deployed. This is already in effect for the Australia region, and will become effective for the remaining regions this week (see related Scheduled Maintenance notifications). What has changed? - The sender email address has changed from [email protected] to [email protected]. - SMTP servers IP addresses have also changed. Actions you may need to take: - Check your spam folders for emails from [email protected]. If you find any, please add this email address to your safe senders list. - Consult with your IT admin to learn if there are any rules that limit external incoming emails from specific IP addresses. If so, please reach out to your 3E Support contact for the list of new IP addresses.
