We are experiencing an issue that relates to the order tax invoices generation and notification emails delivery from our platform for some stores. As a result, some store owners cannot access order tax invoices in Ecwid Admin, and customers can receive email notifications without invoices and with a delay. We’re working on it urgently and will keep you updated right here. Please note that all your store data (products, orders, customer details, store settings, etc) is safe and intact. The invoice generation email delivery will be up and running as usual once we fix the issue.
