    We are experiencing an issue that relates to the order and admin notification emails. Store owners and customers might not receive the following type of emails: - Order and admin notifications - Sign in by link - Forgot your password - Email verification We are working to bring email notifications back into service. All your data (products, orders, customer details, store settings, etc) is safe and intact. While we’re on it, please use the workarounds described below to get notified about new orders: 1) You still can receive push notifications for your orders from your iOS and Android Ecwid app. 2) Also, you can check if you receive new orders in your Order page here: https://my.ecwid.com/#orders and notify your customers by email manually 3) Or just wait for a fix, as all the email notifications will be delivered once we solve the issue. We will inform you once it is fixed. We are sorry for this downtime. The next update is in 30 minutes. If you have any questions, you can reach our Support team via email at [email protected].     We've fixed this issue, and we continue to monitor the email service to ensure that everything works smoothly. All the undelivered and new emails should be delivered to inboxes.

    We've made sure that email notifications are working fine for all the Ecwid stores. This incident is solved. All the data (products, orders, your store settings, etc) are safe and intact. The Ecwid stores continue functioning as usual. We are deeply sorry for the bad experience. We’ll do better.
